1. General Overview

This Seller Policy outlines the rules and standards that all vendors and partners must follow when selling products through Valera or in collaboration with the brand.

By listing or supplying products to Valera, the seller agrees to comply with the following terms.


2. Product Quality

  • All products must meet Valera’s quality, safety, and material standards.

  • Products must be accurately described (dimensions, color, finish, material, etc.).

  • Sellers are responsible for ensuring that products are free from defects before shipment.


3. Pricing and Transparency

  • Prices must be fair and competitive.

  • Hidden fees, misleading discounts, or false claims are strictly prohibited.

  • Sellers must promptly update any price or availability changes.


4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Sellers are required to ship products within the agreed timeframe.

  • All items must be properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.

  • Delays must be communicated immediately to Valera’s team and the buyer.


5. Returns and Refunds

  • Sellers must honor Valera’s Refund & Exchange Policy.

  • Any product returned due to quality issues will be reviewed, and necessary deductions may apply to the seller.

  • Refunds should be processed within 7 business days of product return.


6. Compliance and Ethics

  • Sellers must comply with all applicable Egyptian trade, tax, and consumer protection laws.

  • Misuse of customer data or unethical sales behavior will result in termination of partnership.


7. Communication and Support

  • Sellers must respond to inquiries within 24–48 hours.

  • Collaboration with Valera’s customer service team is required for smooth operations.


8. Termination

Valera reserves the right to suspend or terminate a seller’s access if policies are violated, or if performance standards are not met.
